Project: 28-page Back to School catalogue, campaign lines, and 3 x social media posts 

Brief: Create an editorialised catalogue and associated engaging social media posts to highlight Home Centre’s back to school range, raising awareness of the breadth of product available and the affordable price points. The catalogue needed to be produced in English and Arabic for the audience in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and KSA. The scope of work included: writing campaign lines, storyboarding and directing an editorial shoot, set build, and designing, writing and editing the final catalogue to suit distribution in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain.

Solution: Under our campaign line “First-day Ready”, we carried out a photoshoot for which we built and styled bespoke sets to showcase at-home study zones for children of three ages and stages (tots, tweens and teens). We photographed child models interacting in the spaces for a magazine-style look and feel and to bring the room sets to life, with study tips offered alongside to provide valuable take-out advice for the reader. This was supported by a series of composite shots highlighting key products, and also interspersed with more traditional style catalogue pages in order to showcase variety. Our social media posts captured key styling elements, such as accessorising a teen study desk, for a fun and engaging way to make the content digestible for Instagram.
