Project: Social media management and EDM creation
Brief: One of the world’s leading hotel companies, IHG uses social media to keep its millions of consumers around the world updated on its diverse portfolio of differentiated brands. To support the efforts of a selection of its properties in Saudi Arabia and Oman, we are tasked with posting consistent, regular, on-brand content in English and Arabic to drive awareness of each individual property and its unique attributes, alongside strategic corporate marketing messages. In addition, two bespoke EDMs per property are created each month.
Solution: We created a clear content strategy and working schedule to ensure all boxes are ticked in terms of key topics, and that the briefing, content creation and sign off process runs smoothly. As a result, each property is now meeting its social media objectives, as outlined by the corporate office, and thus has a stronger presence across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
